The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a Fulbright exchange activity of the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government, administered by the Institute for International Education.  The Humphrey Fellowship Program brings young and mid-career professionals from designated countries to the United States for a year of non-degree graduate-level study, leadership development, and professional collaboration with U.S. counterparts.  Fellows engage in multinational dialogue and learning in leadership and their professional fields at a network of competitively selected U.S. host universities.  Recruitment for the Humphrey Program is administered by U.S. Embassies and Fulbright Commissions in more than 100 participating countries.
