The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a Fulbright exchange activity of the U.S. Department of
State with funding provided by the U.S. Government, administered by the Institute for International
Education. The Humphrey Fellowship Program brings young and mid-career professionals from
designated countries to the United States for a year of non-degree graduate-level study, leadership
development, and professional collaboration with U.S. counterparts. Fellows engage in multinational
dialogue and learning in leadership and their professional fields at a network of competitively selected
U.S. host universities. Recruitment for the Humphrey Program is administered by U.S. Embassies and
Fulbright Commissions in more than 100 participating countries.
